The project
MECHA was created to provide a professional, modern and focused calculation tool for thermal engineering and HVAC design workflows. Instead of scattered spreadsheets and fragmented utilities, it aims to offer a coherent environment for recurring engineering tasks.
The goal of MECHA is to provide specialised calculation bundles with an intuitive interface, clear outputs and a short learning curve. The software is designed for professionals who need reliable and documented results without unnecessary complexity.
MECHA is developed in Python with a PySide6 interface and is currently distributed for Windows systems.
The developer
MECHA is developed and maintained by an Italian engineer with experience in thermal engineering workflows and software development. The project started as a practical internal tool and evolved into a product for professionals working in HVAC and thermo-fluid systems.
